Being Hispanic.Does it have any influence on your business?
I am a Spaniard (born and raised in Alicante, Spain), however, relate well and understand the Hispanic community as we share similar cultures, customs and beliefs.
In the face of adversity, how do you decide to keep going?
Persistence and perseverance are essential to success.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced?
On a personal level, losing a loved one is extremely difficult. From a professional perspective, I try to always focus on the facts rather than the emotions.
If you could change one thing about your life, what would it be?
To be more organized.
What was your childhood ambition?
Be loved by family and friends
Tell us about three people that you admire?
I admire my both my parents for their limitless love and dedication, my wife and children for their unconditional support and on-going motivation.
For meetings: breakfast, lunch, or dinner?
All three work for me as long as they are productive.
What sacrifices on your personal life did you have to make in order to become a business success?
Success is a journey, I’m not there yet. I have big aspirations. Travel is a necessary evil which does have an impact on my personal life.

There are many but you learn and grow from them all.

No, I focus on the basics which starts with building strong relationships and delivering on your commitments.
